I am glad to confirm that EuRIC Environment and Regulatory Affairs (ERA) Working Group will take place on 13 November in EuRIC premises located at the BluePoint Brussels located at Boulevard Auguste Reyers 80, 1030 Brussels. The meeting will start at 10.30 and finish between 16.30 to 17.00.
As usual, this is an important meeting to wrap up all regulatory issues on which we are working and coordinated advocacy actions together with the Executives of the Member Federations and Companies’ in lieu (waste shipment regulation, waste legislation, waste & chemicals, etc.). In addition, in the absence of a formal General Assembly, part of this meeting may be dedicate to the formal approval of the new fee structure if all formal written obligations are not met by this time.
Practicalities
If you need a hotel room, EuRIC has preferential rates the Gresham Belson Hotel located in the neighborhood of EuRIC offices and which provides a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to EuRIC premises (Bluepoint Brussels), provided this services is booked in advance. You will find all information enclosed to book a room at the Gresham with preferential rates as well as for the shuttle service. Before booking a room, we advise you to check Internet rates first which can exceptionally be cheaper.
